how many of you know that our own government actually founds and funds
brothels for the purpose of soldier R&R in foreign countries? moreover, did
you know that the majority of these women put to work in the brothels are
actually women who have been lured or kidnapped from their homes and forced
under threat of violence to service our military? this makes the united
states of america complicit in the illegal and immoral trafficking of women
for the purposes of sexual slavery.

and if you don't care about that, let me convey to you a factual story that
reflects the consequences of these attrocities....
violence against prostitution committed by servicemen, although often
unreported, is widespread. in their research, aida santos and cecilia
hoffmann found that prostitutes working in bars around military bases or
instillations "were often hurt, hit or raped if they resisted anal sex or
giving blow jobs, clients putting objects in their vaginas or other acts".
in one especially brutal murder of a prostitute by a serviceman, the victim
"was found with part of her uterus scraped out by a broken bottle and with
three barbaque sticks stabbed into her vagina". the killer was convicted of
the murder and served 1 year in prison before being released.
