[SWAPlist] Updated SWAP website

Hey all,

Just a note that if you haven't been to the SWAP website lately, I  
completely remade it with lots of new nifty features.   Make sure to  
register for the site so that you can take advantage of all the  
snazziness.  If you are a member of SWAP (if you haven't already,  
renew your membership for 2006!), registering with the website gives  
you the following:

* Your own personal SWAP blog, where you can upload files (e.g., for  
peer review), post commentary, news, or just ramblings about your life!
* Your own user profile, and, if you'd like, a contact form so that  
other members can email you
* The ability to post new forum topics, and respond to posted forums
* The ability to comment on posted news and stories
* The ability to vote on polls
And more!

(Note that if you register on the site, but are not a SWAP member,  
you get access to some of these features, but not all.)
