hello swappers
the deadline for the paper submissions is MONDAY.  please remind all of your
friends (and anyone else you could imagine being interested) to submit.  we
should know which papers are accepted no later than two weeks from the
deadline.  once the decisions have been made, an email will go out with a
tentative program.
