We have just confirmed two keynote speakers for our 2nd Annual SWAP
Conference on Topics of Diversity in Philosophy (to be held this
spring):

* Bat-Ami Bar On, a Professor of Philiosophy and Women's Studies and
Chair at the State University of New York at Binghamton. Her areas of
research and teaching include theories of violence and trauma,
political and social philosophy, feminist political, social, and
ethical theory and ethics.
* Shelley Wilcox, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Temple
University. She works in social and political philosophy, feminist
philosophy, and applied ethics, with a special interest in citizenship
theory and its applications to immigration and urban environmental
ethics. She has published articles in Social Theory and Practice, the
Journal of Social Philosophy, and The Encyclopedia of Feminist
Theories.
